Postulator23 GmbH is an IT company that builds software meant to be used, understood and maintained for years. This page explains how we think and how we work.

Understand first. Then build the smallest thing that genuinely helps.

Every project begins with listening. Before we discuss technology, we want to understand the people who will use the software, the processes it supports and the constraints it must respect.

From there, we favour simple, well-reasoned solutions over elaborate ones. Complexity has a cost that is paid every day a system runs, so we introduce it only when it earns its place.

04Collaboration

You stay close to the work.

We work in short cycles with regular reviews of working software. Priorities are agreed openly, trade-offs are explained in plain language and you always know what is being built and why.

We are equally comfortable working alongside your in-house developers or taking full responsibility for a system.

05Maintainable software

Our measure of success: a system that is still easy to change years from now.

That means consistent structure, meaningful tests, current dependencies and documentation that reflects reality. It is less visible than a new feature — and far more valuable over time.
